Where does our responsibility lie with out team? Just get 'em in and hope they hang on? It is the same with the mega-churches- been there, done that. If you don't treat them as one of your own, and have constant contact, you will lose them. When an organization is so large that there is no personal touch, you will lose members. Your plan builds the strongest business model, work hand in hand with the few, and teach them to do the same.
